TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Val Bar Consulting
Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Val Bar Consulting website at www.valsmobilebartending.com (the "Site"), our appointment booking tools, and our text and email communications. They are an agreement between you and Val Bar Consulting ("Val Bar," "we," "us," and "our").
"Services" means our mobile bartending, wedding and event bartending, private and corporate event bar service, bar consulting, cocktail menu design, and new bar opening support.
By using the Site, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 to use the Site. Alcohol-related Services are for adults 21 and older.
2. Information on the Site
The Site is for general information. Descriptions of Services, "starting at" prices, sample menus, photos, and examples are illustrative and are not an offer or a contract.
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free. We may change it at any time.
3. Quotes, bookings, and written agreements
A quote, proposal, tasting, or conversation does not book a date or start a project. A booking exists only when you and we have both signed a written agreement for the Services and any deposit that agreement requires has been received.
Your written agreement controls pricing, payment, cancellation, scope, deliverables, and any guarantees. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
We do not hold a date until it is booked.
4. Appointment booking
You can book consultations, tastings, audits, and calls through the Site. Please give accurate contact details and arrive on time. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. We may reschedule with notice if something unexpected comes up.
Booking an appointment does not create an agreement for Services. If a fee applies to an appointment, we will tell you before you confirm it.
5. Alcohol and age
Alcohol is for adults 21 and older, and we follow Florida law. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who is under 21, appears intoxicated, or creates a safety risk. We may end service early if the law or safety requires it. We are not liable for doing so.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell alcoholic beverages. How alcohol is handled for your event is set out in your written agreement.
6. Text message program

What we send. If you opt in, we may send appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to your questions, quote and booking updates, event logistics, project updates, and follow-ups. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send offers, menu news, and seasonal updates.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text consent box on one of our forms and giving us your mobile number. If you text us first, we may reply to you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Consent to service texts does not cover marketing texts, which require a separate checkbox.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery.
Your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us or reply STOP so we do not text the next person who receives it.
Privacy. How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text message opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Your information and communications
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to give it. You can ask us to stop contacting you by any method at any time.
8. Reviews, testimonials, and other submissions
If you send us a review, testimonial, photo, or other content and tell us we may publish it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it, with the name or details you approve, in our marketing on the Site, social media, and printed materials. You confirm that it is yours to share.
You can ask us to stop using it going forward. We may not be able to recall material that has already been published.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, icons, logos, and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without our written permission. Ownership of menus, recipes, build sheets, and other work product from paid engagements is set out in your written agreement.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to:
Break the law or violate anyone's rights
Submit false or misleading information, or contact details that are not yours
Send spam, advertising, or malicious code through our forms or messages
Interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect content or data from the Site
We may block access or remove content that violates these rules.
11. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling, payment, map, and social media services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and the text program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information on the Site is general and is not legal, tax, financial, or licensing advice. Results from consulting, such as changes in cost, margin, or sales, depend on many factors outside our control. Except for guarantees stated in a signed written agreement, we do not promise any specific result.
13. Limitation of liability
This section applies to your use of the Site, the booking tools, and the text program. Liability for Services is governed by your written agreement.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Val Bar and its owners, employees, and contractors against claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Alachua County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms. If we make a material change to the text program, we will let you know by text or on the Site.
17. General
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any signed written agreement are our entire agreement about the Site and the topics they cover. If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
