2. Information we collect
"Personal Information" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or event details. "Non-Personal Information" means information that does not identify you, such as general traffic statistics.
We collect information in three ways.
Directly from you. When you fill out a form, request a quote, book a consultation, tasting, or audit, text or call us, or hire us, you may give us:
Your name, email address, and mobile phone number
Your event date, location, guest count, style, and drink preferences
Your business name, role, and details about your bar or restaurant
Billing details needed to send an invoice or process a payment
Any messages, notes, or files you choose to send us
Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect technical information. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
From third parties. We may receive information from a wedding planner, venue, or employer who contacts us on your behalf. We may also receive information from advertising platforms, social media platforms, and other service providers that help us run our business.
If you give us Personal Information about another person, such as a guest, planner, or colleague, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
We do not need sensitive personal information to provide our services. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or full payment card numbers by email or text.

4. Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, or if you text us first, we may text you at that number. The details of our text program are in our Terms and Conditions.
Text messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to your questions, quote and booking updates, event logistics, and project updates. If you separately agree, they may also include promotional offers and news.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share them for any other purpose unless you give us your express written consent or the law requires disclosure.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixel tags, to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure our advertising.
We may use analytics and advertising tools from companies such as Google and Meta. These tools may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken. They may use it to show you our ads on other sites and to measure results.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage personalized advertising in the privacy settings of the platforms you use, such as Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences. If you block cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.
