Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use our website, request a quote, and book a consultation. Val Bar Consulting is working to make www.valsmobilebartending.com (the "Site") accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or screen magnification.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

Text and background colors are chosen and checked to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios

Body text is at least 16 pixels, and pages stay readable when zoomed to 200 percent

Pages use a logical heading order, with one main heading per page

Meaningful images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers

Links, buttons, menus, and forms can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator

Form fields have clear labels, and error messages explain how to fix the problem

Link text describes where the link goes

Icons support the text next to them and never carry meaning on their own

When we add or change pages, we check them with automated accessibility tools and test keyboard navigation

Known limitations

We are still improving, and some parts of the Site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

Third-party tools. Our booking calendar, forms, embedded maps, videos, and social media feeds are provided by other companies. We cannot fully control their accessibility, and we work with providers to fix problems we find.

Documents. Some downloadable files, such as sample menus and PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you cannot use a file, contact us and we will give you the same information in an accessible format.

You never need the Site to work with us. You can call, email, or text us to request a quote, ask questions, schedule a consultation or tasting, or plan your event. We serve clients in English and Spanish.
